Commercial HVAC Project Sales

Responsibilities


  • Survey, develop and present proposals for retrofit and new installations of HVAC systems.

  • Advise customer on replacement versus repair options.

  • Interact with customer in professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manor.

  • Ability to perform load calculations and duct layout.

  • Develop successful retrofit project strategies and concepts for system upgrades. 

  • Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.

  • Coordinate project details with project manager and conduct project status meetings.

  • Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.

 

Requirements:


  • Five plus years’ experience in commercial project sales

  • Experience and understanding varied aspects of HVAC Systems.

  • Ability to reach out and develop new prospects.

  • Valid drivers’ license.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
