Responsibilities
- Survey, develop and present proposals for retrofit and new installations of HVAC systems.
- Advise customer on replacement versus repair options.
- Interact with customer in professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manor.
- Ability to perform load calculations and duct layout.
- Develop successful retrofit project strategies and concepts for system upgrades.
- Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.
- Coordinate project details with project manager and conduct project status meetings.
- Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.
Requirements:
- Five plus years’ experience in commercial project sales
- Experience and understanding varied aspects of HVAC Systems.
- Ability to reach out and develop new prospects.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
