Responsibilities
- Survey, develop, and present proposals for retrofit and new installations of HVAC systems.
- Interact with customer in professional, knowledgeable and courteous manor.
- Ability to perform load calculations and duct layout.
- HVAC designing of non-engineered projects.
- Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.
- Coordinate project details with installation crews. Conduct project status meetings.
- Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.
Requirements:
- Experience and understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC Systems.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
