Paula has been in the HVAC industry since 2004.  She joined National HVAC Service in January 2021 through an acquisition with Coldmaster Refrigeration Service.  Her willingness to learn and outstanding customer service skills made for a smooth transition into her current position as a Business Systems Clerk.  Her current duties include customer service, accounts payables, accounts receivables, filing and data entry.
